Terms of Use
These terms apply when you visit this website or use the services of Aureo Flowdex. Please read them carefully. Using the site means that you accept them. Aureo Flowdex is an information and marketing platform: any trades are made through a separately authorised third-party firm or exchange, and are governed by the terms of that firm.
1. Use of the website and services
The website and the tools on it are for adults who are resident in the United Kingdom. You may use them for your own lawful, personal purposes in line with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give and for keeping your login details secret, and you must tell us at once if you think someone else has used them. You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, scrape, resell or build a competing service from the content or software of the site, use automated tools to access it other than those we provide, or try to get around any security or access control. We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or the law requires it.
3. Promotional material and newsletters
With your consent we may send you product updates and educational email. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can change your preferences in your account at any time. Service messages about your account, security or legal changes are not marketing, and we will still send them.
4. Intellectual property
The website, its text, design, software, logos and data are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are given a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them as intended. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you.
5. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the site you acknowledge that you have read it.
6. Links to other sites
The site may link to websites run by others, such as exchanges or payment providers. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
7. Prohibited use
- Breaking any law or regulation, including those on fraud, money laundering and sanctions.
- Sending spam or unsolicited promotional messages through the platform.
- Attacking or disrupting our infrastructure, including through malware, denial-of-service traffic or probing for weaknesses without permission.
- Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Impersonating another person or organisation, or setting up an account with false details.
8. Support
Support is provided by email at [email protected] and through callbacks during monday to friday, 9:00 to 17:30 uk time (excluding bank holidays). Support staff explain how the platform works but cannot give personal investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing they say should be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep information accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted. Market data, analysis and illustrations are for information only, are not recommendations, and do not guarantee any result. Past performance is not a guide to future performance. Prices shown on the site or in reports may be delayed or may differ from the prices at which an order is actually carried out.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from trading decisions, market movements, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control, nor for indirect or consequential loss. If we are found to be liable to you as a consumer, our liability is limited to the direct loss that was a foreseeable result of our breach.
11. Indemnity
If your breach of these terms or of the law causes us loss, including a claim by a third party, you agree to compensate us for that loss to the extent the law allows. This does not apply to consumers where it would be unfair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Other provisions
Changes. We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page, and we will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after that point means you accept the update.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
Whole agreement. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, with the Privacy Policy and the other policies linked in them, are the entire agreement between us about your use of the site.
