About Aureo Flowdex

Aureo Flowdex is a technology platform built to help people who are interested in investing understand markets better and make more considered decisions. We value clarity, openness and security, and we try to create a setting in which you can act calmly even when markets move fast, by providing information, analytical tools and responsive support.

Everything we publish, from fees to risks, is written for UK readers and kept on its own page so that you can check it before you sign up.

Our mission

To give UK investors an automated, transparent and well-supported way to put capital to work in digital-asset and equity markets, without asking anyone to read charts all day.

In practice that comes down to three commitments. First, we explain things in plain English, including the unwelcome parts such as fees, spreads and the chance of loss. Second, we build tools that do the repetitive work, scanning markets, applying your rules and logging every action, while leaving the decisions that matter to you. Third, we put a named human being between you and the software, because a platform that moves money should never feel like a black box.

We are not a bank, we do not hold investment accounts for you in the way a stockbroker does, and nothing on this site is personal advice. We build and operate the tools; the decisions and the risk remain yours.

What we hold ourselves to

Clarity

Terms are written to be read. Fees live in tables, risks have their own page, and a report tells you why each trade happened rather than only that it did.

Transparency

Where we do not know something or cannot promise it, we say so. We do not publish invented awards, partnerships or performance figures.

Security

Two-factor sign-in, encrypted data, limited API keys and an audit trail are built in from day one rather than added after something goes wrong.

Responsiveness

Questions get a person, a name and a time frame. Managers reply within 24 hours and email is read within one working hour during support hours.

How the platform has developed

Five years of releases, in the order they happened.

  1. 2022

The first version of the platform went live for a small invited group. It could watch a handful of major pairs, flag short-lived price patterns and send plain-language alerts, and every setting was changed through a support request.

  2. 2023

Self-service account controls arrived, along with two-factor authentication, login alerts and read-only API connections to supported exchanges. The personal manager model was introduced, so every new client spoke to a person before the first deposit.

  3. 2024

The analysis engine was rebuilt to process price, volume and volatility together, and the dashboard gained strategy reports, a simulator and market-pause controls. Support hours were extended and payment options widened for UK clients.

  4. 2025

Stock coverage was added next to cryptoassets, deposits and withdrawals through Faster Payments bank transfer were introduced, and the Documents section was rewritten to give every fee, limit and risk its own page.

  5. 2026

The London office opened to clients, onboarding checks were reorganised around UK identity requirements, and the educational library grew to include guides, glossary pages and the first long-form articles.
